How long does shipping take?
Everything is printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Allow about two weeks in the United States: a few business days to print and pack, then a few more in transit.
Larger orders can split into more than one parcel, and tracking sometimes goes quiet for a day or two when a package moves between carriers — that’s normal and doesn’t mean anything is lost.
Can I return or exchange something?
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost. Email shop@martinmediallc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
We can’t take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size, because every item is made to order. Check the size guide on the product page before you buy — there’s a measurement chart on each one.

What size should I order?
Every item that comes in sizes has a measurement chart on its product page, with instructions for measuring a garment you already own and comparing. That’s more reliable than a size label, since the blanks come from different makers and an L isn’t an L everywhere.
Worth a minute before you order: sizing isn’t covered by returns.
Is tax included in the price?
No. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address, so the amount depends on where you live. Our fulfilment partner is the seller of record and collects it.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, to most countries. Prices convert automatically to your local currency.
Customs duties and import taxes are usually collected on delivery rather than at checkout — the exception is the EU, where they’re often charged up front. Either way they’re set by your country, not by us. The country list at checkout is the definitive one; if yours isn’t there, we can’t ship to it yet.
Where is my order?
You’ll get an email when your order is placed, another when it ships with a tracking link, and one when it’s delivered. The tracking link goes to the carrier’s own page.
The order confirmation email also has a link to your order’s status page. It’s worth keeping — it’s the quickest way back to your order, and before printing starts it’s where you can fix a wrong address.
How does the member discount work?
Vault members get 10% off everything in the shop. There’s no code to enter — sign in, add what you want to your cart, and the discount is already applied when you check out.
